Marketing Strategy Director

We are seeking an Advertising Manager to create and execute impactful advertising strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversions.
You will manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and aligned with our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement full-funnel advertising strategies.
- Identify and prioritize key media channels.
- Collaborate with content, creative, product, and analytics teams for consistent messaging.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and optimization.
- Use advanced targeting techniques to reach relevant prospects.
- Leverage data and insights to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for effective ad creatives.
- Integrate advertising efforts with other marketing channels.
- Provide detailed performance reports and post-campaign analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and perform competitive analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in managing full-funnel advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in paid media platforms and analytics.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Full working rights, no sponsorship required.
