Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisory Leader to join our Employment Tax team at KPMG. As a valued member of our team, you will support leadership and mentoring for junior team members, delivering on advisory and compliance engagements for clients. Key Responsibilities: * Consult with Australia's largest employers on Fringe Benefit Tax, payroll tax, PAYG withholding, and Superannuation Guarantee obligations. * Develop employment tax compliance solutions using data analytics and robotic process automation. * Resolve disputes and investigations with tax authorities. * Grow our national network and shape future employment tax offerings. * Collaborate with our Workforce Advisory business, working with a young and vibrant national team with a collaborative culture and strong growth mindset. * Develop and grow external client and internal KPMG relationships. Requirements: * Experience in executing tax compliance and advisory work for clients. * Strong experience with Excel and data manipulation. * Ability to undertake legal research and problem solve. * Commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships with clients.
