Adelaide Facility Manager

The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. This position requires an individual who can effectively handle inquiries, manage rosters, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
This is a dynamic role that involves managing coach captains' shifts in accordance with enterprise agreements and legislative requirements. It also entails ensuring driver shift changes comply with fatigue management regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and relevant information for internal and external customers, assisting in managing incidents in the region, maintaining work standards and motivation, providing feedback on staff performance, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A strong understanding of the Coach Transport Industry.
- Experience in administrative, logistics, or transport roles.
- Completion of competency 'Administer the implementation of fatigue management strategies' or ability to do so.
- Commitment to compliance with company's fatigue management and fitness for duty policies.
