Adelaide Venue Management is responsible for the management of the Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC) and Coopers Stadium (CS). We believe the General Manager AEC & CS is one of the most exciting and interesting roles within the venue management industry.

Reporting to the Adelaide Venue Management CEO as a member of the Senior Management Team, the General Manager AEC & CS position is responsible for:

- maintaining strong relationships with key promoters and other hirers
- negotiating venue hire contracts
- overseeing the planning and delivery of all events and functions staged at the AEC and CS
- providing leadership and strategic vision
- facilitating change and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement
- achievement of AEC and CS financial, economic and social performance targets

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Extensive experience in a senior management role within the venue management or entertainment industry
- Proven influential leadership with exceptional attention to detail
- Extensive event management and ticketing experience
- Proven ability to take risks and challenge the status quo to achieve improved outcomes
