The role of the Learning and Development Coordinator is to play a pivotal part in shaping the learning experience of our leaders. This involves working closely with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and design practical, impactful learning experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ">
    • Deliver training in various formats, including face-to-face, online, and workshops, supporting projects such as induction redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.

      ">
    • Coordinate and deliver engaging induction programs for leaders, managing scheduling, facilitator support, promotion, participant experience, and completion tracking.

      ">
    • Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and reporting through L&D systems, track attendance and completion of mandatory and induction training.

      ">
    • Partner with leaders and HR to identify learning and leadership capability needs, build collaborative relationships across the organisation to support learning outcomes.

    Requirements

    ">
    • Experience in learning and development coordination, facilitation/training, and/or event planning.

      ">
    • Strong communication skills.

      ">
    • Ability to deliver engaging learning experiences.

      ">
    • Cert IV Training and Assessment (or working towards).

      ">
    • Experience in disability or community services (desired).
