As a Store Manager at our Fountain Gate store, you will be responsible for creating a fun and fashion-savvy atmosphere while achieving sales targets. You must be motivated by fashion, driven by results, and passionate about leading your team to success.

A Day in the Life:">
  • Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
  • Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
  • Manage stock, minimize loss and maximize your store's sales opportunities.
  • Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
  • Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.
  • Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.
What You'll Bring:">

You will need proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus, along with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You must be able to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs. Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail are also essential.
