Property Portfolio Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the successful operation of our restaurant properties across Australia and New Zealand.

This key role involves strategic property management, landlord relationship building, and ensuring seamless lease renewals and site handovers.

  • Manage the entire retail property portfolio across ANZ
  • Develop and maintain internal and landlord relationships to drive business outcomes
  • Coordinate new restaurant openings, relocations, expansions, and refurbishments
  • Negotiate with landlords to ensure timely and in-scope delivery of agreed works

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Lease renewals and property transitions
  • New lease negotiations and divestments
  • Commercial action such as negotiating with landlords

You will bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail leasing or managing a property portfolio, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
  • The ability to read and comprehend lease documents
  • Experience working with LeaseEagle and/or Monday.com
  • Exceptional administrative skills, including attention to detail and time management
