At T2, we're seeking a talented Retail Operations Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you'll drive operational excellence across our global store network.

About the Job

This is a hands-on position that requires you to be in-store frequently, observing and coaching retail teams, testing and implementing new processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • In-Store Presence: Be an operational catalyst on the ground, ensuring stores are set up for success through regular site visits, workflow creation, and problem-solving.
  • Operational Oversight: Conduct frequent store visits to identify and remove inefficiencies, streamline execution, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Profit & Performance: Own retail financial metrics (sales, margin, EBIT, wages, expenses) while supporting trade levers (conversion, ATV, IPC, loyalty).
  • Simplification & Future-Readiness: Spot opportunities for process automation, productivity-enhancing technologies, and simplification initiatives that reduce complexity and improve outcomes.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver accurate, timely reporting on wages, expenses, and performance to inform decision-making.
