  • In your role as Manager - Product Risk Governance, you will directly support our Retail Product Business. You will report to the Senior Manager Product Risk Governance and work closely with our IWPB ExCO and Risk, Compliance, and Assurance counterparts.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ">

  • - Execution of the control strategy to improve risk and control management for Retail Products

    ">

  • - Escalation point for complex Product Risk governance and control related matters

    ">

  • - Provision of control expertise and opinion on the end-to-end health of the control environment across IWPB product lines

    ">

  • - Support the implementation of Group Risk policies and frameworks for Risk Management including embedding Operational Risk Transformation actions

    ">

  • - Managing internal and external audit requirements for Retail Products

    ">

  • - Frequent engagement with IWPB ExCO and Risk, Compliance, and Assurance (RCA) counterparts on issues related to monitoring, controls, and remediation

    ">

  • - Increasing risk and control awareness and capability within the Retail Products team

    ">

  • - Ensure effective systems, procedures, and control infrastructure is in place to support product delivery

    ">

  • Requirements:

    ">

  • - Bachelor's degree in a Finance and/or business-related field (preferred but not mandatory)

    ">

  • - Ability to present complex issues confidently and concisely to senior management using simple language

    ">

  • - Comprehensive knowledge of the external environment (risk, regulatory, political, competitors etc.)

    ">

  • - Outstanding relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills with experience of positive, challenging interactions with senior executives across multiple functions

    ">

  • - Ability to build senior relationships by communicating, influencing, and negotiating effectively with senior executives, non-executives, regulators, third parties, and internal management teams
