Key HCM Business Analyst Role

Job Overview:

This key role is part of a multi-year transformation program aimed at improving Human Capital Management. The successful candidate will lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and service design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, and service design.
  • Support the implementation of solutions across SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, EC).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and implementation partners.
  • Contribute to integration, testing, service transition, and change readiness efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in HR business analysis and service transformation.
  • SuccessFactors implementation experience across key HR modules.
  • Strong skills in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and business process mapping.
  • Public sector experience and ability to operate in complex environments.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and human-centred design approaches.
