Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and work on a large-scale HR/TA Transformation project. This is a unique opportunity to transform project teams and people's careers by uplifting ways of working and delivering uniformity and consistency across regions.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to global programs and stakeholders, preferably in HR/TA or CX. They will also bring a strong BA toolkit, exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a proactive attitude to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transforming project teams and people's careers by uplifting ways of working and delivering uniformity and consistency across regions.
  • Work on global programmes of work with a multitude of key stakeholders.
  • Bring a strong BA toolkit, exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a proactive attitude to learn and develop.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to global programs and stakeholders, preferably in HR/TA or CX.
  • Strong HR/TA or CX background strongly considered.
Benefits

This 12-month Fixed-Term Contract offers a total package of A$170,000 inclusive of super.
