We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional IT services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of incidents and requests.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Delivering deskside and remote support across hardware, software, applications, and connectivity.
  • Deploying, configuring, and managing end-user devices in line with the Standard Operating Environment (SOE).
  • Supporting Microsoft technologies including Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
  • Managing identity and access provisioning through Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365.
  • Supporting remote access and connectivity including Fortigate VPN and Meraki wireless, with basic network troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Windows 11 and macOS operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dynamics 365).
  • Knowledge of device management via Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and request management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to service delivery.

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and based in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in service desk or end-user support roles.
