As the leader of stress testing activities, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive deliverables and collaborating with senior business leaders to review and interpret results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies for continuous improvement in stress testing, ensuring high standards of delivery and enhancing capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with risk leaders to develop and execute comprehensive stress testing plans.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of banking capital frameworks and regulatory stress test requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team. As the leader of stress testing activities, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality stress testing outputs.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in banking and financial services, with at least 5 years of experience in stress testing, analyzing, and evaluating stressed economic scenarios.

A comprehensive knowledge of banking capital frameworks and regulatory stress test requirements is essential, gained in either the UK or US banking industry.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization are also required.
