Senior Stress Testing Professional

The position of Senior Stress Testing Professional involves spearheading the group-wide process of scenario and stress testing. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure effective execution of stress tests and scenario analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive group-wide scenario and stress testing program
  • Lead the execution of stress tests and scenario analysis, including ICAAP and APRA ADI stress tests
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate information sharing and coordination
  • Support project-related work, including research on latest methodologies and industry benchmarking
  • Cultivate strong relationships with relevant teams from all group functions and divisions to achieve desired outcomes for stress testing

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in stress testing, credit risk modelling, or climate risk analysis
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics/Statistics, Actuary, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
