Beauty Retail Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced beauty retail leader to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a fast-paced retail environment and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets, improve customer engagement, and enhance team productivity.
- Lead by example, embodying the Sephora DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture through coaching, training, and supporting team growth and development.
- Utilise and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and fellow team of Senior Beauty Advisors.
- Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment to confidently make store decisions.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
- Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the brand.
- A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's.
