Senior Water Resource Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Water Resource Engineer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Undertake hydrological assessments using industry-leading software.
    • Conduct 2D hydraulic modelling to support flood risk characterisation and surface water management system design.
    • Perform dam breach and runout assessments to the highest standards.
    • Undertake water balance modelling for mine water management systems.
    • Develop engineering solutions from concept through to detailed design.
    • Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
    • Manage projects and client relationships effectively.
    • Train and develop junior staff.
    • Travel internationally to field locations.
  • Requirements:
    • Registered as a Professional Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ).
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
    • At least 10 years of experience in engineering consulting.
