Role Overview

This is a casual position that requires flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

The ideal candidate will have an absolute passion for retail & customer service, with a focus on creating memorable and empowering experiences for customers.

  • Able to use their initiative and answer questions effectively.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
