We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance Developer to join our team. This is a dynamic role that offers a clear pathway into senior account management and sales leadership positions.
About the RoleThis position involves engaging with clients, understanding their businesses and operational needs, and providing multi-faceted solutions using our product line. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a keen interest in sales, marketing, or consulting, and aspiring to be an EU/SI/OEM/Channel Account Manager.
Responsibilities- Engage in structured internal training programs to gain deep knowledge of our product portfolio, sales processes, and customer service standards.
- Participate in virtual and face-to-face learning modules, including strategic account planning, ethics, financial fundamentals, and soft skills development.
- Manage a designated portfolio of existing clients and prospects, ensuring consistent engagement, service excellence, and relationship development.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
- Collaborate with senior account managers to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT / Engineering / Business
- 0–3 years of experience in a customer-oriented environment
