Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Clinical Specialist

Job Opportunity
This is a temporary part-time position for an Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Registrar to join our ambitious and patient-focused unit. The role provides crucial clinical experience and training, often a prerequisite for selection into formal OMS training programs.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to participate in outpatient clinics, manage ward patients, and assist and operate in operating theatres and perform oral surgery in community centres.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support in surgical procedures and performing dentoalveolar surgery under local anaesthesia
- Fulfilling 1:4 on-call rosters for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery unit
- Collaborating with accredited registrar and other members of the surgical team
- Working under consultant supervision to further develop clinical skills and decision-making capabilities
