Job Title: Equity Associate for Transactional Excellence

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented individual with 2-4 years of transactional experience in M&A gained from an investment bank or independent corporate advisory firm. You will have sound technical skills and a humble, down-to-earth manner.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves assisting with end-to-end M&A transactions, financial modeling and analysis, and building meaningful relationships with partner businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end M&A transactions to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and analyses to inform business decisions
  • Establish strong connections with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in transactional M&A
  • Solid exposure to end-to-end M&A transactions
  • Technical financial modeling and analytical skills
