Trade Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to assume key responsibilities in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate customs events and ensure compliance with trade regulations and laws
  • Determine customs value for import shipments and prepare documentation related to trade functions
  • Work with stakeholders on import declarations and ensure company and service providers meet trading compliance requirements
  • Monitor trade compliance regulation changes and provide training to functional teams
  • Maintain and review import/export operation processes and audit internal and external processes to improve business operations

Requirements:

  • Experience in importing/exporting healthcare industry goods is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of trade compliance for healthcare industry goods is required
  • Proficiency in Oracle and/or SAP is highly advantageous
  • Track record of reviewing and improving operational processes would be beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Very high attention to detail and willingness to travel when required
