Indigenous Programs Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in providing case management services and connecting participants to essential networks and service agencies, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their goals.

  • Collaborate with external service providers to promote our Indigenous Wellbeing Support service/program and keep participants engaged to achieve a positive outcome.

This role plays a key part in delivering impactful change and making a meaningful difference in the Indigenous community. The ideal candidate will have excellent administration skills to maintain the program and deliver reporting requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with our team to drive impactful change and make a meaningful difference in the Indigenous community.
  • Collaborating with external service providers to promote our Indigenous Wellbeing Support service/program and keep participants engaged to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Providing excellent administration skills to maintain the program and deliver reporting requirements.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. A National Police Check, Working with Children check and Driving Licence are required on commencement in the role.
