Building Repair Specialist

The primary responsibility of a Building Repair Specialist is to maintain and repair buildings and grounds in assigned areas, ensuring they remain functional and serviceable.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas and perform necessary maintenance tasks.
- Complete daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Repair various fixtures and hardware, including doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
- Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action as appropriate.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Additionally, this role may require uniforms and/or the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
