  • Develop and execute long-term strategic vision for the brand.">
  • Lead integrated, cross-functional teams focused on consumer needs and insight to drive the brand forward and impact overall brand & business growth.">
  • Partner with product team, merchandising, marketplace, and in-market teams to ensure product & consumer are at the forefront of all strategic planning and execution.">
  • Enhance current portfolio and improve in-market and business performance through brand planning.">
  • Work with sales team to define brands and ensure adequate sales materials and promotional schedules/activations are in place to enhance brands.">
  • Champion brands within the organisation, driving brand education/profile, upholding alignment to core brand proposition, and driving brand equity.">
  • Drive brand-related NPD with overall responsibility for new lines in market including launch, activation, and range support through retailer review periods.">
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans with agencies.">
  • Manage monthly and overall annual marketing budgets to ensure all activities come within budget.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.">
  • 3-5 years FMCG marketing experience ideally.">
  • Experience across NPD and Innovation with FMCG.">
  • Track record in Brand Marketing with Strong Commercial Acumen.">
  • Strong Project Management Skills.">
  • Proven ability to lead across advertising and storytelling, preferably within the packaged goods industry, and drive the NPD pipeline.">
