Optimizing Clinical Systems Performance

The primary goal of this role is to provide critical support for the daily operations of clinical systems and applications with GxP categorization, ensuring seamless system performance and overseeing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer advanced technical assistance for clinical (CTMS, eTMF & Vault Safety) & IT systems with GxP categorization as per established SLA's across diverse geographical regions.
  • Manage user access and roles for clinical (CTMS, eTMF & Vault Safety) & IT systems with GxP categorization according to applicable SOP's.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on clinical IT systems/applications to all regions and users, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Primary liaison with vendors and IT departments for maintenance updates and upgrades.
  • Lead and facilitate UAT testing for system upgrades, new releases, and change management in collaboration with Clinical Systems, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Configure new projects/studies, system-specific templates/checklists, LOV's, workflows, etc.
  • Provide custom reports from Clinical / IT Systems (with Gxp Categorization) via data extracts from database (via SQL queries) based on study/user requirements.
