Our team works closely with members, employers, advisers, unions, and strategic partners to effectively deliver and promote our product and service offerings.

Your Role

As a Superannuation Consultant, your role is vital in providing member education and general advice. Your primary objective is to enhance member engagement, outcomes, and product utilisation and retention, leading to the growth of our membership base.

You will engage with members and employees in person and virtually to address factual and general inquiries about our products, superannuation, and retirement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify members in need of personalised advice and refer them to the appropriate channels for further support.
  • Conduct presentations at member, employer, union, and partner seminars, focusing on topics that are easy to understand and relate to our solutions and services.
  • Promote the advantages of our online capabilities, such as our website and mobile app.
  • Foster stronger relationships with clients based on workplace strategies by advocating for our partners or directly for members.
  • Maintain strong connections with staff and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of expertise.
  • This role may require delivering education seminars outside regular business hours, including occasional weekends and in regional areas.

Requirements:

  • RG146 compliance
  • A Diploma in Financial Planning or relevant Tertiary qualifications is highly valued
  • Significant experience in a similar role in financial services
