Coordinate a Thriving Out of School Hours Care Program

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and take ownership of your own out of school hours care service.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to manage our OSHC service, providing a fun and quality program built by the children, for the children. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our schools and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and implement programs and activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development in children
  • To manage a team of Educators and provide guidance and support as needed
  • To work closely with schools and partners to ensure seamless integration and high-quality services
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Early Childhood Education)
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an out of school hours care setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A current Working with Children's Check and valid Working Rights to work in Australia
