We are seeking an experienced and motivated OSHC/OOSH professional to join a supportive a beautiful service in Western Sydney.

Job Description: As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, leading and mentoring a team of educators, developing a positive team culture, and fostering a growth mindset among the team. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing the National Quality Framework and the educational framework My Time, Our Place (MTOP).

**Position Details**:

- Permanent full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday with a mix of block and split shifts
- Competitive above award wages: $80,000 to $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance in line with the National Quality Framework
- Develop a positive team culture and encourage a growth mindset
- Facilitate reflective practice and drive quality improvement
- Develop an educational program based on the MTOP framework
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Leadership experience in an OSHC or ECE setting
- Minimum qualification of Certificate III in Education and Care
- Availability Monday to Friday for 38 hours per week, including a mix of block and split shifts
- Natural drive to upskill team members
- Genuine interest in working with children and mentoring educators
- Positive attitude and readiness to take the next step in your career
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current 'CHCPRT001' - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk' training (or willingness to obtain)
- Current 'HLTAID012' - Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting' Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid and current NSW Paid Working with Children Check
- Familiarity with and commitment to The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Double Vaccination and ability to provide proof of vaccination status
