As a Cafe Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Serving customers and taking orders are key aspects of this role, requiring you to multitask and maintain a high level of productivity. You will also be responsible for general cleaning and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the cafe.

Another crucial aspect of this role is making cold beverages to the highest standard, ensuring that every drink meets our quality expectations. Additionally, you will provide general customer service, handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently.

Daily tasks may include delivering food, hot beverages, and cold beverages to customers, which requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.

This is a Full-time/Part-time opportunity with competitive hourly rates ($24.00 - $26.00 per hour). We offer a range of benefits, including:
