
Senior Developer Opportunities

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing innovative software solutions that drive business growth and success. You will work collaboratively with our team of experts to design, develop, document, test, and debug software products that contain logical and mathematical solutions to customer mission problems.
- You will be actively engaged in the planning, conduct, and coordination of professional software development activities, ensuring that all stages of the engineering lifecycle are adopted and systems-based approaches are applied.
- You will participate in building, sharing, and applying knowledge of computer hardware and software frameworks and methods to develop software.
- Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you will work closely with colleagues across levels to ensure professional software processes and standards applicable to the mission domain are met.
To succeed in this role, you will have recently completed or be completing your bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or IT by 2026. A high learning aptitude, drive to constantly update your knowledge in a dynamic environment, outstanding communication skills, and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels are essential qualities for this position.
