Portfolio Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced portfolio leader to join our Strategic Delivery and Enablement division.

As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and oversight to your team, managing large-scale change and project delivery strategies that support the business's strategic needs.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our head of portfolio delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and implementing project strategies, including facilitating and leading project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Developing and coaching team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

About You:

- 5-7 years' experience in portfolio or complex program management, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver diverse portfolios of projects.

- Strong knowledge of contemporary project management frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to lead project delivery excellence.

- Demonstrated high-level portfolio and project skills, with a commitment to rigorous outcome evaluation and knowledge management.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record in business improvement and cost-saving results.

- Ability to successfully deliver change in a fast-moving environment.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to use discretion and judgment in a complex business environment.
