Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in supporting students at educational risk (SAER) and leading curriculum improvement
  • Extensive experience in supporting and case managing students at educational risk ensuring inclusive and differentiated practices are embedded school-wide
  • Expertise in staff coaching and professional learning with a commitment to building collective efficacy and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Highly developed communication and organisational skills with the capacity to inspire confidence manage complex situations and lead change effectively
