Learning Facilitator

We are seeking an experienced Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a vital part of our community, you will be working alongside other educators to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children.

About the Role:

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to drive educational excellence

Your Success in This Role Will Be Measured By:

  • Delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of children's progress and development
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to junior educators and students on practicum
