We are seeking an experienced Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a vital part of our community, you will be working alongside other educators to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children.
About the Role:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to drive educational excellence
Your Success in This Role Will Be Measured By:
- Delivering high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of children's progress and development
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to junior educators and students on practicum
