Key Role: IT Solutions Expert

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives in the banking industry. You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with customers to identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance their bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify technical challenges and develop strategic solutions using our portfolio.
  • Understand customer business drivers and establish strong partnerships within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create new products and solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
  • Drive comprehensive understanding of business requirements and challenges through effective collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience delivering IT solutions and digital transformation projects to banks.
  • Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
  • Deep expertise in Lending, Deposit Management, Virtual Account Management or Core Banking.
  • Strong network with C-Suite executives within Tier 1/Tier 2/Challenger/Neo Banks in the region.
  • Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
  • Business fluent in English.
