Job Opportunity: Mental Health Support Role

We are seeking skilled individuals to work as peer mentors with our participants in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong values around care, service, and personal development, and be able to build trust-based relationships with those around them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and mental health support to a range of participants
  • Support participants in achieving their goals in all aspects of life
  • Document interactions with participants into our database

Requirements:

  • Work Rights in Australia (permanent resident or citizen)
  • Yellow card or NDIS Worker Screening check
  • Current driver's license, own transport, and comprehensive car insurance

This role offers a casual opportunity to provide companionship and guidance to our participants while developing your skills in Disability Support.
