We are seeking capable and intelligent individuals to work with participants in Maroochydore and the greater Sunshine Coast region, providing companionship and guidance to support their personal growth and development.

You will be working with participants who have complex mental health conditions, requiring strong values around care, service, and personal development. A mature mindset and ability to build trust-based relationships are essential for this role. You will need to interact comfortably with participants in diverse contexts, supporting them to achieve their goals in all aspects of life.

The ideal candidate will possess honesty, smartness, fun, reliability, consistency, and hardworking qualities. Being tech-savvy and able to document interactions into our database is also a requirement. Additionally, you should be interested in Disability Support and looking for a casual role that allows you to make a positive impact on people's lives.

This role comes with competitive hourly rates and employee benefits, including an Employee Discount Program, Employee Mentoring Program, and Professional Development Assistance. You will be required to have Work Rights in Australia (permanent resident or citizen), an NDIS Worker Screening check, and a current driver's license with comprehensive car insurance.

Key requirements include Monday to Friday availability, weekend flexibility, and the ability to commute or relocate to Maroochydore, QLD. Supplemental pay types include penalty rates.
