We are seeking capable, intelligent, and proactive Mentors who share our values around care, service, and personal development.
The ideal candidate will have strong values around care, service, and personal development, and be able to build trust-based relationships with participants from diverse backgrounds.
Mentors will work closely with participants to achieve their goals, supporting them in all aspects of life, and have an open-minded and understanding approach to interactions.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be mature-minded, tech-savvy, and comfortable interacting with participants in various contexts.
You will also need to be flexible, reliable, and consistent, with a strong work ethic and ability to document interactions into our database.
We offer a casual role that allows you to provide companionship and guidance to participants while honing your skills in Disability Support.
