Human Resources Generalist

selectability is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our corporate team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and developing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Provide advice on HR matters, including industrial relations and award interpretation
- Manage complex HR matters, including complaints and investigations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
