We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to lead our team of warehouse professionals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise the performance of a large team to meet production targets and deliver excellent results
- Conduct thorough assessments against established job standards, providing constructive feedback and coaching where necessary
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect among team members
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to company health and safety protocols and best practices
- Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in leading teams to achieve objectives, with a strong track record of success
- Effective performance management skills, including assessment, coaching, and development planning
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Distribution Centre Management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with colleagues, managers, and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture
