Music and Performance Coordinator

The role of the Arts Administrator is a key position within our Music and Performing Arts programs.
- Administrative tasks include providing support to staff, parents, and students to ensure the efficient operation of all facets of the Music and Performing Arts programs.
- Management duties involve creating and maintaining teaching schedules and timetables for instrumental music tutors, monitoring and maintaining instrument rolls and lesson counts, processing time sheets and pay information, and advising on new enrolments and discontinuations.
- Administrative support for extra-curricular programs includes maintaining lists for ensemble directors, coordinating timetables, booking venues, and ensuring accuracy in Synergetic for ensemble staff.
- Production Support involves providing administrative assistance in organizing concerts, meetings with full-time music and drama staff, communicating key dates, liaising with Junior School and Senior School staff, and promoting productions.
- Suitable experience in administration.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute in a team environment.
- Time management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused, friendly, and professional.
Demonstrated experience in an administrative/co-ordination role in either the education sector or Arts.
