Business Rules Consultant

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Business Rules Consultant to join our Member Performance team. This role supports the Manager Business Rules in implementing and maintaining frameworks and controls around Business Rules updates, with a strong focus on transitioning to a new document management system and enhancing operational processes.

About You
  • Proficiency in Objective Keystone is required for effective implementation of business rules.
  • Extensive experience in superannuation operations and service delivery is necessary for success in this role.
  • A deep understanding of the regulatory environment and relevant frameworks is essential for navigating complex business scenarios.
  • GRC systems expertise, particularly with ARCHER, and incident management skills are highly valued.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills are crucial for building strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical, research, and document management capabilities are necessary for driving business outcomes.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • The ability to work independently with initiative and motivation is required for success in this role.
