Corporate Director Position
This position plays a pivotal role in the success of our organisation, providing leadership and guidance to various corporate functions.
Duties- Oversee the finance and analytics, procurement, IT, and governance and legal functions.
- Report to the Chief Executive and strengthen organisational capability and resilience.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans, oversee financial management, enhance business intelligence capabilities, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective leadership and mentoring.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape organisational direction and facilitate high-level discussions.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience in public sector, insurance, health, or disability industry.
- Experience leading diverse and complex portfolios; strategic mindset; collaborative approach.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to enhancing individual and organisational capability.
