About The Role

As Club Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Club Owner to manage daily operations, inspire the team, and ensure the highest standard of member service. You'll play a critical role in team performance, class engagement, retention, and secondary spend across Personal Training and HYPOXI.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Group Fitness programming, timetables & attendance analysis
• Plan and deliver engaging Les Mills launches
• Lead retention activities across Gym, Group Fitness & HYPOXI
• Manage the new member journey, including App & appointment bookings
• Promote and book Fernwood trainer appointments & onboarding workshops
• Organise and run club Challenges and engagement events
• Conduct non-attender calls to boost re-engagement and upselling
• Drive growth in Personal Training and HYPOXI services
• Allocate and monitor KPI targets for all departments
• Lead team training, coaching and regular performance check-ins
• Collaborate with the Club Owner on strategy, innovation, and results
  
  

About You

• A confident, organised and motivating leader
• Cert IV in Fitness (Personal Training) required
• Previous experience in Group Fitness, PT, HYPOXI, or Club Management
• Comfortable using tech systems, booking tools, and analysing performance data
• Driven by results and passionate about women's health
• Available to work flexibly, including early mornings/evenings or weekends when needed
