The opportunity:

As a Club Manager at our Darlinghurst club, you will join a vibrant and collaborative team where no two days will be the same. You'll be a motivating and inspiring leader who will drive your club to succeed. This varied role involves motivating your team, encouraging their development, and managing the overall financial and operational aspects of your club.

You will lead by example through exceptional customer service and a proactive sales approach to generate membership growth and retention. You will shape the club culture into a place where staff love to work and members love to work out.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage sales budgets and analyze strategies for improvement
• Meet sales targets to contribute to the club's overall goals
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and resolve member concerns effectively
• Recruit, train, and retain staff members
• Conduct weekly meetings with department leaders

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports, ideally within the fitness industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent verbal, written, and time management abilities
• Experience managing budgets, monitoring, and reporting on P&L
• A passion for fitness and sales
