Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on site and ensure safe activities. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical operations, managing resources, and maintaining a secure working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively plan and organize tasks to guarantee adequate resources and a safe working environment.
  • Directly accountable for setting up the worksite to ensure all activities can be conducted safely.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and sub-contractors to maximize business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage multiple jobs on site with several leading hands and/or sub-contractors.
  • Liaise with client representatives or sub-contractors on technical and minor contractual issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring pre-start meetings are held daily with all personnel working on the site.
  • Report construction and technical issues immediately to the site engineering team.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary/Trade qualification or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years' experience in construction works.
  • Experience in the resource (mining/oil & gas) industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective daily and weekly planning abilities of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively with our personnel and sub-contractors.
  • Strong HSE understanding and implementation skills.
