Burger Urge Crew Member Job Description

Burger Urge is a dynamic and fast-growing restaurant chain that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving a positive workplace culture. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Crew Member who is committed to providing a memorable dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of tasks, including taking orders, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and quickly.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in a quick service restaurant is preferred but not required.
