About the Role

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to build strong local connections.
  • Build and lead a passionate team from scratch, focusing on staff morale and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Drive enrolment growth, maintain adequate rostering, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Market your centre within the community and establish valuable partnerships.

Requirements

  • Valid Employee Working with Children's Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Experience in an early childhood setting relevant to the role
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Strong knowledge of Child Safe Standards, Child Protection, and Mandatory Reporting
