Civil Construction Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team at Acknowledge Education. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for the development, improvement, and delivery of civil construction units for both Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality training to students, ensuring that they meet the required standards and outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress, following College policies and procedures.
- Ensuring effective learning outcomes by monitoring classroom learning, providing feedback, and supporting students' educational development.
- Staying current with industry standards and maintaining up-to-date qualifications, actively participating in professional development opportunities.
- Complying with the Code of Conduct, reporting incidents, managing OH&S matters, and contributing to meetings and other relevant activities.
We are looking for a Trainer who has a strong background in civil construction, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. You should also have experience working with international students and be proficient in the use of learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
