About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team at Acknowledge Education. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for the development, improvement, and delivery of civil construction units for both Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality training that meets the VET Quality and Higher Education Standards Frameworks
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress
  • Ensuring effective learning outcomes through monitoring and feedback
  • Staying current with industry standards and maintaining up-to-date qualifications
  • Complying with the Code of Conduct and reporting incidents

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in civil construction and a passion for education. You will need to have:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Education
  • A Bachelor's degree in a civil/construction field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the civil construction industry
  • An understanding and supportive approach to students' diverse needs and learning paces
  • Experience working with international students in vocational education and training
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and Microsoft Office applications
