Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vocational Consultant to join our team. As a Vocational Consultant, you will be responsible for providing and linking quality occupational and vocational rehabilitation services to client occupational goals. This role works in conjunction with a range of stakeholders to deliver new employer return to work solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual services, including assessments and vocational interventions
  • Occupational and vocational rehabilitation, including case conferences with insurers, clients, and treating health practitioners
  • Provide evidence-based and solution-focused rehabilitation links to employment for injured workers returning to work
  • Ensure all administrative requirements are adhered to, including written reports and case notes
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a job networker or recruitment consultant (desirable)
  • Experience working within the occupational rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)
  • Full driver's license and reliable vehicle
